Chase’s Credos

Healthy living is a work in progress.  It’s not a perfect science and there are no rules.  But I’ve learned a little bit along the way, and I’m happy to share with you my healthy living mantras.  It’s not scientific, it’s not medical, it’s not based upon anything other than my own experience.  But, it works for me.

Don’t be afraid to leave food behind.

When given the option, choose water and choose veggies & fruit.

Try to move your body everyday.

Try to get at least 7 hours of sleep every night.

Listen to your body when it talks to you. Rest when you need it.

Always keep looking for ways to try new things and have new experiences.

Eat food in its most natural state as often as possible.

Try to always have a healthy breakfast to start the day off right.
